Since we are a small and individual house and every room and the 70s Tabbert are designed differently, we would like to draw your attention to a few points:
Reservation
We accept your reservation in writing via email or through our booking platforms and will confirm it to you. Your booking is only binding once you have confirmed it (acceptance of our terms and conditions) by providing your home address and telephone number.
We will gladly reserve your preferred room at Château Lestéous. However, we cannot guarantee availability, as we must consider the overall booking situation at our small château.
Cancellation - travel cancellation insurance
To avoid inconvenience, we recommend the conclusion of a If you are unable to arrive, please Notification. First of all, we will of course try to re-rent so that they do not incur any cancellation costs; they may even find a replacement themselves.
If we are unable to re-rent the room/suite/apartment in time, we must charge cancellation costs as follows:
• free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival
• from 6 weeks before arrival 80% of the travel price
• Cancellation on the day of arrival, early departure or without cancellation, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the total travel price.
We ask you to pay the difference between the deposit and the total cost of your trip at least one week before departure.
For additional services on site, you can pay in cash or via PayPal on the day of departure.
Arrival and departure
Check-in from 18:00
Check-out by 12:00.
If you arrive after 19:00, please let us know in advance.
Pets
We love pets and have a female Weimaran dog of our own. However, in order to avoid conflicts with other dogs and to offer all guests a peaceful stay, we have decided not to accept pets from guests.
Non-smoking house
The Chalet de l'Estéous, including the guest house and Tabbert, is a . If we violate these smoking guidelines, we reserve the right to charge an (additional) cleaning fee. This also applies to smoking in an open window.
Please be considerate of subsequent guests. We invite all smokers to smoke to use.
Itinerary/day trips/ transferWe want to offer you a perfect stay and therefore offer your guided day tours exclusively through our own company,
Explore Occitanie. We are happy to arrange your transfers to and from the airport or train station through local providers.
These services are offered and charged separately and are not included in the services of Château Lestéous – these are limited to the rental of guest rooms including half-board.
In any case, you will receive all services from a single source – for a relaxed travel experience. European law applies.
